Have a question?

We’re known for our thorough research, so I’m not surprised you’ve landed here!

What are your qualifications?

I’m a specialist medical administrator with over 30 years experience in the health system. As a doctor myself, I understand firsthand the challenges for women in medicine.

I graduated from the University of Newcastle, and my formal qualifications are BMed, DipRANZCOG, MHA (UNSW) and FRACMA.

What’s the best way to work with you?

I offer both courses and private 1:1 coaching, so the choice is completely up to you, and what flexibility you require.

Here’s a quick run-down! The Bigger Picture – A 6 week online course for women doctors seeking more satisfaction in their careers. Excel At Interview – A self-guided, in-depth course that helps you prepare academically and mentally for your training program interview. Career Coaching – 1:1 guidance, mentorship and support, with choices between 1, 2 and 6 sessions. Interview Coaching – Advanced interview coaching for specialty training interviews and other medical interviews. If you’re not sure please get in touch, I’m happy to help.

I’m an entry-level doctor, can I work with you?

Absolutely! The Excel At Interview course is the perfect place to start preparing for training interviews in future. If you’re having some doubts about your career direction, I also work with lots of junior doctors for Career Coaching.

And, if you’re a woman, The Bigger Picture will help you think about how your career fits in with the rest of your life.
I’m an experienced doctor, what’s the best way to work with you?

Depending on where you’re up to in your career, particularly if you’re looking at changing direction or stepping up to a more senior role, 1:1 Career Coaching would be perfect.

And I love having women doctors with some career experience in The Bigger Picture course! If you’re not sure, please get in touch. I’m happy to help.
I’m not sure medicine is right for me anymore, would you be able to help me with that?

Considering an alternative career? Fair enough! I’d love to help guide you through this process. Successfully applying your skills in other careers is more than possible, and I’ve helped many doctors do so.

If this is you, you may be interested in Career Coaching.
