  • You’ll come away with a tailored action plan to help you work towards your goals.

Six 60-minute sessions

  • I’ll send you a template to help you keep track of the outcomes and actions.
  • Before each subsequent session you’ll receive a short questionnaire to self-review your progress and identify what you’re hoping to achieve in our next session.
  • 5 further 60-minute sessions, with content that’s focused on your needs and progress.

FAQs

Will a single session be enough for me?

I think of this as a “pick my brain” session. It works best if you’ve got a specific issue you’d like advice on, or are considering a change of career direction and have some particular options in mind.

By the end of the session, you’ll be clear on your current situation and understand the next steps you’ll need to take to work towards your goals.

Should I choose a single session or two sessions?

Single sessions are for when you have a clear issue, and some ideas in mind of what you want to do as a next step.

Two sessions however are much more helpful if we need to dive a bit deeper. In two sessions we can:

  • Explore your strengths

  • Discuss your experience and career aspirations

  • Cover your options (including some you might not have considered yet!)

The bonus of the second session is our flexibility – if we need to look at practical steps (for example a CV review), then we can. Two sessions allow us to map out options and make a clear action plan.

What will we cover in the six session package?
The content of these sessions are completely tailored to you and what you’re hoping to achieve from our time together. I also have a broad outline of common topics that we can work through together. These include:
  • What success means to you
  • Where your career fits in with the rest of your life
  • Things that hold us back, including perfectionism and imposter syndrome
  • Healthy boundaries
  • Workplace culture
  • Future directions for you.
What frequency do you recommend for the six sessions?

Monthly works well! This gives you enough time to implement what we talk about in our sessions, and is frequent enough to keep up a good momentum.

However, I’m mindful that shift work and rosters often mean that a regular monthly booking isn’t always practical, so please let me know what you need, and we’ll look at flexible options to fit in with your work arrangements.
